Voices & languages
Your receptionist has a voice of its own, chosen with your practice. Where your patients speak more than one language, it talks with them in each, and every language can have its own voice and greeting.
At a glance
- What it does
- Gives your receptionist its own voice and speaks with patients in their language
- Channels
- Inbound and outbound calls, with additional channels available
- Integrations
- Built into your receptionist, with no extra systems needed
- What you can customise
- The voice, the greeting, which languages are offered and how each one sounds
- What your team sees
- A transcript, summary and outcome for every conversation
- Setup
- Done for you by our team, around your practice and the languages your patients speak
How it works
Our team sets up your receptionist's voice and languages with you, and they apply on every call.
- Plan: we agree with you how the receptionist should sound and which languages your patients need.
- Voice: we choose a voice with you and our team sets it up, including expressive voices that can add warmth or reassurance.
- Greeting: callers are welcomed in your practice's own words.
- Languages: where more than one language is set up, each can have its own voice and greeting, and one is agreed as the default while the caller's language is still unclear.
- Switching: callers can move between the languages set up for your practice, and the receptionist follows.
- Next step: a caller who can't continue in any of those languages is told so briefly, and the call follows your practice's agreed hand-over.
