Dedicated support for your AI receptionist
What you get from the Intavia team once your receptionist is live, and how to reach us when you need something.
Last updated: 29 October 2026
An AI receptionist is only as good as the people looking after it. Your practice changes over time, and your receptionist should change with it. This page sets out what our support covers, so you know exactly what to expect.
Answer
Every Intavia practice has a dedicated support team who know your practice and how your receptionist is set up. You can reach us on WhatsApp, Slack or email, whichever suits your team.
We make changes as your practice evolves, review call quality, monitor the service and show recent updates to your receptionist in your dashboard. You always have someone to turn to.
What dedicated support includes
Support is part of how Intavia works with your practice. Here is what it covers.
| What we do | What it means for your practice |
|---|---|
| A team who know your setup | The people supporting you know your practice, your systems and how your receptionist handles calls. |
| WhatsApp, Slack or email | Reach us in the way that suits your team. |
| Changes as you evolve | New services, prices, opening hours, clinicians, booking rules and handoffs, updated for you. |
| Call quality reviews | We review how calls are going and refine your receptionist where calls could go better. |
| Monitoring | 24/7 uptime monitoring runs in the background. |
| Updates you can see | Your dashboard changelog shows recent updates to your receptionist and the Intavia platform. |
| Help when systems change | If your PMS, phone set-up or locations change, we plan the move with you. |
How to reach us
You can reach your support team on:
- WhatsApp, for everyday questions and updates
- Slack, if your team already works there
- Email, for anything you would like on record
We agree how you would like to reach us during onboarding. You don't need to know how your receptionist is configured to ask for help. Tell us what you need in your own words, and we will take it from there.
When you need a change
Practices change all the time: a new clinician joins, opening hours move for the holidays, a treatment is added or you want certain calls to reach your team sooner. When that happens:
- Tell us what has changed. A short message on WhatsApp, Slack or email is enough.
- We make the change and check it. We update your receptionist and check how the affected calls are handled before the change reaches your callers.
- We confirm it with you. You will know when your receptionist has been updated, and you can see recent updates in your dashboard changelog.
Call quality, monitoring and updates
Good support is not only about responding when you get in touch. We also keep an eye on how your receptionist is doing:
- Call quality reviews. We review how calls are going, including whether callers were understood and reached the right outcome, and refine your receptionist where calls could go better.
- 24/7 uptime monitoring. The service is monitored around the clock in the background.
- Platform improvements. Your receptionist benefits from improvements across the Intavia platform, and your dashboard changelog shows recent updates.
Calls appear in your dashboard with recordings, transcripts and summaries, so you and your support team can look at the same call when something needs attention.
From onboarding to everyday support
Support starts during onboarding, not after it. We begin with a workshop to understand your practice, routing rules, workflows and systems, then build and test your receptionist with your team before rollout. For more detail, see setup and onboarding.
Once you are live, the same way of reaching us stays open. The team that understands your setup continues to look after your receptionist as your practice grows, whether that means new services, new team members or a different plan.
